Conveyor furnace for curing

Continue to cure glue. The oven is used for “curing” filter element candles in which the end caps are glued to the body. The oven installation is part of a fully automatic robotized production line.

The glue that is used responds to temperature and when the glue has hardened sufficiently, the correct tensile strength is achieved. This makes good temperature uniformity of great importance.
