Conveyor furnace for curing of plastic contact lenses

Walk-through oven for curing plastic contact lenses, complete with cooling track and pneumatic transfer system.

The plastic lenses are manufactured in an injection molding process and then go through a curing process through our oven. After completing the heat treatment process, a cooling path follows on an open conveyor track. Transferring the oven belt to the cooling track is done with a pick and place system.
