Furnace for annealing of castings

Wagon furnace for annealing castings up to 1050 ° C and up to a maximum load of 60 tons. The oven is gas fired.

Due to the annealing process the structure of the material is adjusted in such a way that the wear-resistant is increased and toughness is retained in the core of the casting. A cooling section is mounted behind the oven installation, which cools the product with a specified gradient, so that the correct hardness is obtained. The hot load is automatically driven out of the oven at the right temperature and automatically cooled according to the process curve.

The furnace is used for industrial castings and castings for maritime purposes, including large pump housings and pump impellers for the dredging industry.
