Gas-fired drying tunnel

Gas-fired dryer for drying tin can packaging after manufacture. In a can factory, the manufactured cans must be dried after an industrial washing process. Cans are manufactured using a press line. Oil and greasiness are used in the press line, this oil and greasiness is removed in the car wash. After this intensive washing, the adhered water is evaporated in our oven installation.

The cans are produced at a maximum of 5000 pcs / minute and passed through our oven in a tunnel of only 5 meters in length, we have to evaporate and drain the adhered water and water that is in the can dome.
