For a customer in the furniture industry, we are the first to realize a powder-coating oven installation that will burn hydrogen. This oven installation is equipped with the latest Bentone BG450iM professional line, an innovative burner type that is specifically designed for industrial processes and meets the strict standards of EN 746-2.

What makes this professional line unique is its versatility. Without any adjustments, it is suitable for various fuels, including natural gas, propane, butane, biogas, and specifically for our application, hydrogen. This offers our customer an unprecedented level of flexibility and sustainability in their production processes.

To facilitate the hydrogen application, we have installed a cutting-edge hydrogen on-demand electrolyzer. This advanced technology ensures that the oven installation is efficiently and safely supplied with the required hydrogen, resulting in an environmentally friendly and sustainable energy supply.
